Kakabell nak share pengalaman pergi job hunting at Job Fair.
27/09/2014, Sabtu 11.00am --
Kakabell woke up a bit late pagi tu, around 8.00am and it consider dah lambat --
Kakabell prepare breakfast for both heroes --
Simple Mee Sedap with coffee susu and roti telor --
Layan TV for awhile and by 9.45am Ami Kakabell dah nagging sebab beliau nak Kakabell pergi earlier but Kakabell delay and tak bersiap lagi.
PERSIAPAN
By 10.30am Kakabell dah ready --
20 copies of resume dan segala macam copy of certs dah ready to be compiled --
Ami Kakabell help to make the copies di office beliau (THANKS SO MUCH HUBBY!) --
Dengan lafaz Bismillah, we head off from home dan singgah stationery shop --
Kakabell beli envelope, stapler bullet, paper clip and glue --
Then we head ke Stadium Perpaduan, Kuching Sarawak.
Sampai dilokasi --
Expected that parking will be FULL everywhere --
Alhamdulillah selepas beberapa kali meronda, Ami Kakabell dpt spot yang sangat best which is di hadapan pintu masuk stadium, SERONOK-RONOK. --
#TIPS 1 - Prepare semua dokumen (resume, copy of certs and original copy of cert) earlier (dari malam / the day before) to make sure everything in order. Kakabell failed to prepare earlier due to some unforeseen circumstances and ianya membuatkan Kakabell bit rushing and decrease myself esteem (Rushing / Pressure from the weather / Pressure thinking about the possibilities to get the hire and other crap).
#TIPS 2 - Some of the companies may request copy of I/C, so just prepare the copy tapi jangan lupa untuk cross pada I/C copy tersebut untuk mengelakkan penyalahgunaan identiti dimasa hadapan. Mungkin akan ada manusia yang tidak bertanggungjawab menggunakan salinan I/C kita untuk membuat pinjaman bank/mobile account registration/credit card registration, we won't know. Prevention is better than cure !

THE JOB FAIR !
#Lokasi 1
- Pihak urusetia menyediakan papan notis dimana mereka akan memaparkan kekosongan jawatan yang ditawarkan untuk semua syarikat yang terlibat;
- Crowded memang ramai, easiest way is snap the list. Snap all sebab nanti boleh review masa nak apply.
- Ada satu tempat / spot di mana semua borang Majikan / borang permohonan kerja disediakan near to the main entrance. Grab if still available. If not, please do not afraid because the Urusetia will always come up with their back up. I'll explain moreee. Hehe
#Lokasi 2
- Once entering the main entrance, untuk pertama kalinya Kakabell saw crowd yang sangat chaotic dan huru-hara sebab everyone try to submit their form / resume kepada semua Majikan yang involve dalam event ini.
- Urusetia tidak lagi mampu mengawal crowd yang masuk dan kalau sekali imbas boleh dikatakan nak bergoyang juak lah booth-booth / kiosk-kiosk Majikan yang terlibat kerana semua crowd are rushing to submit to the Majikan soonest as they can.
- LUCKY, the Urusetia announce to all Majikan supaya memberhentikan segala aktiviti berkaitan dan meminta semua job hunters climb up and seat di kerusi stadium.
- Barulah boleh bernafas dan barulah terasa air-cond stadium !
#Lokasi 3
- Duduk diam-diam di kerusi stadium dan dengar arahan.
- For those yang tiada borang permohonan jawatan yang disediakan, bolehlah menulis No. Booth Majikan, Nama syarikat / majikan yang terlibat dan juak nama jawatan yang mahu dipohon diatas resume anda.
- Submit kepada Urusetia yang bertugas, mereka akan sort all the application before submit to the Majikan dan the Majikan akan pick who is eligible to be interviewed immediately.
- Tunggu sidak panggil nama untuk interview.
Congratulation to all crowd and I am so proud to inform that the all crowd sangat mendengar arahan ! *STANDING OVATION*
THE FINALE
Kakabell dapat 2 panggilan immediate interview --
It will be KIV until their further filtration and consideration --
They did inform that Kakabell MAY NOT ELIGIBLE due to locality (Kakabell from Semenanjung and there are few criteria Kakabell should fill before Kakabell can get hire in Sarawak), Permit Bekerja dan even though Kakabell ada experience 4-5 years they are more preferred if Kakabell ada experience about 10 years and above which is putting Kakabell in Senior level compared to Junior level (If Junior Level, they preferably and give priority the local people 1st).
Don't make it as an obstacle untuk move forward dan terus untuk mencuba --
Kakabell seronok dapat di interview setelah berjam-jam menunggu --
Ianya adalah pengalaman and the most important thing is don't give up!

dan Kakabell memang request beliau TIDAK IKUT Kakabell sebab Kakabell tahu I won't be able to be independent if he is around dan Kakabell will be the slowest person if he is around sebab he is the one who seat on the very fast lane to rush ! BIG NAYYYY for Kakabell! --
In such condition (crowded place and lots of peoples in one place), Kakabell tak boleh berada dalam keadaan yang rushing as Kakabell will pening, seram sejuk berpeluh dan akhirnya muntah.
Another things is --
I feel so bad sebab supposed Kakabell pergi dengan Sofi --
Due to miscommunication between Ami and Kakabell --
The message was not delivered well and things got jumble up --
But Kakabell dah promise Sofi to belanja her makan later ! --
Deeply sorry Pi !
